I purchased my 2014 Sentra in February 2020 from your dealership. At the time I purchased the tire and rim warranty just in case my daughter did something. She has brought it in for service since then and this past week she got a nail in the tire. When she brought it in she was told they would not cover the tire because the car still had the original tires. That is not our fault you sold us a car with the original ties. When she has brought the car in for service no one has said anything about the tires needed to be replaced because if they had we would have done it. She purchased the new tires and while there she was asked if she wanted the car serviced and she said yes. When she went to pick the car up the bill was over 1300. Nothing was told to her about the coast until the end. I have purchased 9 cars from your dealership and after this experience I do not think I would ever purchase another car from you. I will also make sure I tell everyone not to purchase from you as you don’t stand behind the warranty that you sell.
