No one returns calls . We left multiple. You should send another one then instead of writing this generic response to pacify people reading these reviews. I cannot wait to be told an extra item is needed to be done on my car outside of my free oil change.

A week later and no check still lol and you are the loyalty manager ? My wife responded to your email and you couldn’t respond back. Sad part is I just bought 4 brand new tires and your dealership wasn’t even in my thought to buy them from. I will be opening a case with Nissan directly and sharing these comments .

Yes, mistakes do happen but this was more than just a mistake. If the mechanic happened to look at my previous visit he would have noticed my brakes were critical with a picture attached. No picture was even included at this visit, not to mentioned last visit some type of rod was cracked, never showed up on this visits recommendations. My concern is elderly customers that do not know any better therefore are taken advantage of. Have a blessed day.
