Ms. Christine, we can see that you are disappointed, and apologize if you've had a bad experience. As the old saying goes: 'We probably want to sell you a vehicle, more than you want to buy one.' So, when we were unfortunately unable to secure you financing, please know that we did everything we could to help. Regarding our service department; however: we performed diagnostics, but explained that we are not a Jeep dealer, and didn't have their schematics. Service showed you every possible combination of parts that could have been the cause of your symptoms, but that was never intended for you to add up all of the possibilities, and replace every part. In fact, we recommended that you to go to a Jeep dealer for a more specific answer, or that you could consider trading in the vehicle. We are very happy for you, that you were able to get your needed repairs, at an affordable cost, and we wish you all the best.
