7/10/2024 I came to your service department with a problem of an air conditioner in my Sentra. You've run diagnostics and promise to fix it. You returned my car with unresolved issues. You didn't even check if the air conditioner was working. I have to visit you again and you found another problem. Your inspector is incompetent. That problem he/she must be diagnosed during my first visit so I could decide whether to repair the car or not. I've paid more than $3.000. Now. you want plus $3.800. I'm 72 years, and my income is just a small Social Security. You simply deceived me, instead of quality service. There was already a similar story with a repair in September 9/21/2023. I had to come a second time the next day and pay again. Your diagnostics are absolutely unqualified. It looks like the only option left nis go to court. More
