Amazing Service as Always I've never regretted my decision to go with Maus Nissan to buy my car. This coming August will be 2 years as a member of the Maus family. I lost my service contact last fall but was introduced to Lance who wax new to Maus at the time. We hit it off right away. Last Friday was my second experience with Lance and he immediately remembered me. He also remembered that I sign with my glitter pens. By the time I was ready to check out he had added "Glitter" as my middle name. 😄 I've referred several people to Maus Nissan because of how I'm treated each AND every time I go in. More

Arrived at 7:50, checked in and let them know I would be waiting. I got out of there at 11:30 am, a 3 1/2 hr wait to change oil. I was told it was ‘crazy this morning ‘. My question is why have us make appointments if it’s just pretty much first come first serve anyway. Katrina was fine, polite, sociable, and helpful. My issue isn’t with any employee, it’s the system. Again, if you schedule an appointment it would be implied there would be someone available at that time to service the vehicle right away. More
