Amazing Service as Always I've never regretted my decision to go with Maus Nissan to buy my car. This coming August will be 2 years as a member of the Maus family. I lost my service contact last fall but was introduced to Lance who wax new to Maus at the time. We hit it off right away. Last Friday was my second experience with Lance and he immediately remembered me. He also remembered that I sign with my glitter pens. By the time I was ready to check out he had added "Glitter" as my middle name. 😄 I've referred several people to Maus Nissan because of how I'm treated each AND every time I go in. More

Long wait Made 8 am appointment for oil change. Arrived at 7:50, checked in and let them know I would be waiting. I got out of there at 11:30 am, a 3 1/2 hr wa Made 8 am appointment for oil change. Arrived at 7:50, checked in and let them know I would be waiting. I got out of there at 11:30 am, a 3 1/2 hr wait to change oil. I was told it was ‘crazy this morning ‘. My question is why have us make appointments if it’s just pretty much first come first serve anyway. Katrina was fine, polite, sociable, and helpful. My issue isn’t with any employee, it’s the system. Again, if you schedule an appointment it would be implied there would be someone available at that time to service the vehicle right away. More
Long waiting The waiting time of two hours for a basic oil change is bad service. They don’t inform you of some basic maintenance issue like tire treads or brakes. On my statement it shows they were rotated and the air gage numbers are the exact same (all 4 are different). I would also assume the inspection would show low air 25 while the rest are 38, 36 and 30. More
Disappointed I had an oil change I scheduled online (which was convenient) for 10:15am. I was there until 1:45pm. The service advisors have always said it would take an hour. This is now the third time and it’s taken over 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. 3 1/2 hours is insane. The service department seems to oversell / book and under deliver. Once my car was done, the technician/ staff member put the keys on the service advisor’s desk in which she hadn’t been at for the last couple of hours. I would’ve still been sitting there waiting if I hadn’t flagged down John and he was gracious enough to assist me. Additionally, the technician did not reset my dash or main screen to remove the maintenance message. This happened last time and suffered through it for a few months. John again was able to stop what he was doing for his customers and assist me to reset it so I could be on my way. Lack of communication, follow through and time management needs to improve. Kudos to John for his willingness to assist me. More
Goes above n beyond Went in for an oil change. After waiting a couple hours they told me I would have to take a loaner home as they noticed some issues that were prior to Went in for an oil change. After waiting a couple hours they told me I would have to take a loaner home as they noticed some issues that were prior to me purchasing the car (only had the vehicle 3mths). Concerned, they explained everything to me - apparently was a big issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. Within 24hrs I picked up my detailed car with everything better than before with no cost to me other than gas. So blessed to have purchased my vehicle at Maas n just bc of this lil experience it will absolutely make me recommend this dealership to everyone. More
