disappointed I schedule service at 9 on Tuesday. Got there at nine only tofind myself in line to our weight even though I had an appointment..I told the service a I schedule service at 9 on Tuesday. Got there at nine only tofind myself in line to our weight even though I had an appointment..I told the service advisor that it's totally not acceptable I had an appointment. do I reschedule the appointment for the earliest the next morning at 7:30 a.m. . I got to the dealership just after 7. To find myself first in line. After speaking to the service advisor to confirm first in line, and only an oil change and tire rotation I figured I would be out in no time at all. it was still over an hour and a half I did not get out of the dealership until after 9. Hopefully not acceptable to take that long just to change the oil and rotate the tires. 10 minute oil change instead of the dealership some lowlife Kincaid Royal in 10 minutes why can't your highly trained service professionals I think you guys need to re-evaluate what's going on in your service department totally totally not acceptable More
