Refused coupons and charged for undone services I brought in coupons for each of the three services I needed performed. Service tech told me they did not stack coupons. A few months ago I did the sa I brought in coupons for each of the three services I needed performed. Service tech told me they did not stack coupons. A few months ago I did the same thing and all my coupons were accepted. She would only accept one. Service mgr confirmed policy not to stack. I asked if this policy was clearly state in their ads (I have not seen the non-stacking policy). He said it was. Later while I waited for service to be provided, the service mgr came back to me and said their ads did not state the non-stack policy, and he accepted all my coupons. That was a very positive customer service move on his part and I give him credit. Problem was my windshield wiper blades were to be changed, but the same old streaky blades were on the car when I picked it up after service. They changed them right away. It could have been miss communications, but the hassel with the coupons and then the blades left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll probably go back to Maus, but any further issues my cost them my business. More

Maus, New Port Richey was the most open, friendly and helpful. Now their service department is also excellent. So. I'm satisfied, both with my best truck ever, and with Maus as my dealership. More

Dont want to leave a written review Tiffany was great, but appointment took 3.5 hours, due to a recall I didn't know about, on top of the oil change and routine maintenance. Faulty battery I went to Maus Nissan for a road side emergency. My battery is covered under warranty and was told by Nissan the battery is fine. I also indicated to Katrina Atkinson (Service Advisor) that AAA had to jump start my vehicle and said the battery needed to be replaced and pointed out to me the battery was visibly damaged. I had my vehicle serviced in July and the mechanic put padding ontop of battery to protect against corrosion. However, he screwed the battery so tight that it was cracked. I pointed to this out to Katrina that the battery is visibly damaged, the car is not starting right, and there was corrosion on the battery that was never cleaned. Katrina Atkinson offered no help to me at all. The following day I was still having problems starting my vehicle and went to purchase a new battery . I have been a loyal Nissan customer since 2003. Your dealership let me down. I strongly recommend you have your Service Advisor to start to listen to the customer and help resolve the problem rather then ignoring the facts . I made a complaint with Nissan Corporate. More
