Oil change/tire rotation I only go here because my husband bought the package when he bought the car for me. They offer a free car wash with service. This time it took almost 2 hours just for the oil change and tire rotation! They always say the service time is about an hour. It’s ALWAYS longer. They are just too slow!! More

Oil change takes ridiculously long Got to the dealership on time for my appointment and they took for ever to do a simple oil change, I told them in advanced I had to go to work and the Got to the dealership on time for my appointment and they took for ever to do a simple oil change, I told them in advanced I had to go to work and they didn’t even care about it, took almost 2hrs for the oil change and they didn’t even did my tires rotation and all others inspections that was supposed to be done on my car under the maus care.
