Tiffany I always have Amazing service you guys always go above and beyond and I have always felt welcome and comfortable at every visit except I went in for s I always have Amazing service you guys always go above and beyond and I have always felt welcome and comfortable at every visit except I went in for service on 9/27 at 4pm and I was brought over to Tiffany and it started out with me just standing there waiting while she was talking super loud on the phone and FINALLY when I was able to sit with her she was all over the place talked to me for 1 sec and all of a sudden she’s talking to other people and then on the computer and then on the walkie as I’m staring still waiting she finally starts. I tell her I’m due for an oil change and also my car was making a noise that worried me and the first thing she says is “well your going to have to call back and re schedule for that because we’re not going to have time today” I said no prob just note it on my acc and I’ll just call after. She asks if I want a wash so I said yes because of the love bugs and she said “WELL IF YOUR OK WITH BEING HERE HOURS” not friendly at all I could tell she was annoyed and is trying to rush me out the door. I go to the waiting room and after a while she comes to tell me the car is ready and if I still wanted a wash again I said yes! She says well there’s about 4 cars ahead of you so? I told her I would wait and like that she turns around doing hand movement and walk away. I was like OK and just sat down to wait. She was annoyed and you can tell over whelmed that it made me uncomfortable. More
