When the major credit card companies increased their processing charges to 3%, it no longer was an affordable cost of doing business for us, so we made the decision pass on this fee since last November. We do not profit from this fee in any way. There is no charge on cash, debit, or the DigniFi program that we partner with to help our guests. Was in for a scheduled oil change and it took over 3 1/2 hours. Always schedule my oil changes in advance and it is a long wait. The service person did check in with me a few times so he was not to blame. More
