Simple oil change and point inspection - found bad stuff I already submitted something to some other message I got from Maus - did not get any acknowledge of receipt. So again ... I purchased a low mileage 2012 Frontier privately, and for the past year have been using Walmart for oil changes. Thought I should become familiar with a local Nissan dealer for future work. I scheduled an oil change with multi point checks. In the list of suggested further work, there was two items I could do on my own. They said I needed to change my cabin air filter and the engine oil filter. When I got around to it, went to change my cabin air filter, and there was none. I think they should have mentioned that, and not just suggested it be replaced. Perhaps they took it out, and just left it out. I do not know. I then went to check the engine air filter, and found that it was not fastened properly. The clips at the top were clamped, but the plastic fingers at the bottom were not attached. I could see the bright orange flange of the filter when I opened the hood... 1/2 " open...allowing unfiltered air into my engine. have a photo of this... So this is my reason for such a negative review. More
Too long Everyone was extremely nice but I was told my wait time would be one hour to one and a half hours. Normal for my last maintenance. I checked in a half hour early and came away three and one half hours later. My husband was on the phone calling the dealership to look for me knowing I have health issues. The drive was approximately 45 minutes. Not happy. More

Why have appointments? I had an appointment at 9:00 AM Sat. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to see a SA. Katrina was very nice and helpful. I asked how long it should I had an appointment at 9:00 AM Sat. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to see a SA. Katrina was very nice and helpful. I asked how long it should be to replace my battery, she about an hour. I told her if she thought it would take longer to let me know so I could go home and pick it up late. An hour later she said it was the battery and that it would be done shortly. It took another hour and 45 minutes. I’m fine with it taking that long but if she told me that up front I would of gone home and come back later. More
