Had a good initial experience with the service department at Maus Nissan. The car was dropped off in the morning for a recall on the airbag system. While it was there i asked for a couple Maus care items to at Maus Nissan. The car was dropped off in the morning for a recall on the airbag system. While it was there i asked for a couple Maus care items to be taken care of. i was given a loaner that was mostly equivalent to what I just dropped off which was pretty new. i was informed several hours later around the ETA I was given that car was ready. Subsequently picked it up with no issue and not extra charges. Thumbs up! More
