I dropped my car off at 9AM for a service. I was never told by the service attendant that if my car was not picked up by 5 I could not get it back till Monday. I found this out when I finally got service told by the service attendant that if my car was not picked up by 5 I could not get it back till Monday. I found this out when I finally got service on my phone to get the voicemails left that my car was ready and the warning of it being picked up. I called back and was told my car could be picked up Monday that service was closed. I had to insist that this was not going to work because I have work and a child to get to school and without giving notice to anyone that I have no car till service opens Monday. I asked the guy if I could bring my own key and pick my car up myself and get my original key back Monday at first I was told no and I had to threaten to call the police because my car was being held from me without notice. After holding for 18 minutes he came back on and said it would be fine. I picked my car up on Sunday and no one had any idea what was going on and I had to again explain everything. I got my car back and noticed the wash I was offered was never done because the same spots were there when I picked up the car. Just overall unsatisfied with this visit. More

Surprising Service Got an appointment for that afternoon. Went in for an oil change-was in and out in under an hour. Price was lower than expected. Disappointed with the customer service. I arrived before my scheduled appointment time for regular maintenance and no one greeted me for check-in. Multiple employees walked by me and proceeded to check-in my scheduled appointment time for regular maintenance and no one greeted me for check-in. Multiple employees walked by me and proceeded to check-in vehicles that arrived after me. I finally asked a young lady to check me in. She brought me to Lance (service advisor) who was excellent. However I waited 2.5 hours for service to be complete. The last hour I was told my car was done it was just being cleaned. The only thing cleaned was my front floor boards were vacuumed. Frustrated with the check-in process and wait time for a scheduled appointment. More

We were there because our check engine light came on, and yes it was fixed at no cost but due to the mechanic hanging over the car while working on it with his jacket on, he scratched the car on the driver's yes it was fixed at no cost but due to the mechanic hanging over the car while working on it with his jacket on, he scratched the car on the driver's side front. And they ONLY vacuumed the drivers side. What's up with that? More

Hate this dealership! There is a problem every time I call. Can't get my service advisor on the phone to save my life. My rating is a “catch 22”, if you will. Our car needed to be serviced and the process was easy and efficient, and they even helped us on part of the cost of the loaner car they gave us (50% off). It was a strange issue that stumped some of the techs that worked there. The reason why My rating is a 3 instead of a 5, was the lack of communication on updates with the vehicle’s progress. When the service rep tells me that she will “promise to call” by the time they close to give us an update, and doesnt do it, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The kicker is, that she “promised” me this 4-5-6 times, and maybe called once. Our car was at the service center for a total of 9 days, and the service rep called us maybe twice, if I didnt call there, I would have never gotten any updates on the progress of my vehicle. I realize that it’s a busy dealership, and there are a lot of cars in and out, but dont promise to update me and just never do it. More
