To begin with I was very pleased with the sales people and how they worked with us. But as the stereotype indicates, promises were made and then not held up when my daughter was buying her new car. When I took my car in for service on March 29, it was a good experience other than, not one person came and asked how I was or if I needed anything while I waited for 2 hours and then I had to get up and go look for my car. Your service people did not wipe anything down the whole time I was in there and they were standing in groups shoulder to shoulder. I thank you for the free oil change, washing my vehicle and installing a new radio, but I was not comfortable with the number of people in the small areas at all. More care needs to be taken about fewer people together at this time in our current situation. More

I was lied to get into the store. The manager and salesman were very slimy. What I was told on the phone was not true when I actually arrived. I was jerked around the whole process. I layed out the terms on the phone before arriving as well as when I was there. My terms were basically ignored as they tried to do whatever suited them better. I said multiple times that it didn't look like the deal was gonna work we should stop. Only to be told countless times " no no I have an amazing feeling about this. Around 3 or so hours later of going through the same spiel we come to an agreement. I sign and say if you can make this work I'll do the deal. He infers that the deal is basically done and that even though I requested not to test drive until we knew we could make a deal he insisted now was the time. Stating " I got the best feeling in the world come look at your new car. After seeing how much I enjoyed the vehicle upon returning, of course the deal won't work and it has to be more. I know the game, trying to make me change my mind because of how nice the vehicle is. During times like these I wouldnt think that you would try to get as much money as you can from a person especially after expressing how financially dumb some of the choices would be. I'm not upset about not being able to get a new vehicle. I get how it works. I'm upset about how I was treated like I can be conned. How even though I told the salesman that I knew how this was gonna end and that I would like to just cut everything short he pressed and pressed to continue, made false promises to keep me there because he wanted that sale so bad. Shows me the lack of care for the customer. I emailed the dealership privetly about and was as expected ignored. More
