Most of the time they are excellent. Special appreciation to Lance, John, and Sebastian. However the last time I brought the car in they did not fully research the problem. They took the easy way out and sai to Lance, John, and Sebastian. However the last time I brought the car in they did not fully research the problem. They took the easy way out and said I needed a new battery. The service manager got involved and did the job without charging a labor fee. I left the dealership made a stop to do some shopping, when I came out of the store I could not restart the car. Obviously it was not the battery. He was too late to call so I waited till the next morning tell them I'll bring the car in about noon which I did. Lo and behold they found the problem was with the brake switch it starts the car. But still insisted it was a battery also. I was extremely unhappy with this. And again today I had more trouble starting the car. More
