According to our technicians, your tires were below 2/32nds, and would have been too low to qualify for warranty- but we are very happy for you that you were able to call and get them to cover the expense, anyway! As far as the discounts were concerned, it simply comes up in the computer as Military discount, but if you would please check the receipt, as the service manager actually gave you discounts that exceeded 15% of the original costs.
