Wi-Fi worked well. Didn’t have any trouble staying connected for work. And they even offered me a free wash ! I will continue to use them ! More

Best service??? Purchased a certified used vehicle 2 months AGO and the battery died. NOTHING was left on and nothing was done to cause this AT ALL. We even purchased the 5 year extended warranty throug months AGO and the battery died. NOTHING was left on and nothing was done to cause this AT ALL. We even purchased the 5 year extended warranty through them which was an additional $100 a month and they WILL NOT replace battery and now we have to lay out an additional $150. Service done is always great. This time I didn't receive the paper which shows level of tire wear or brake pads etc and I didn't fault Maus Nissan on that. Where things got bad was the 9 seperate customers in all parts of waiting room, main lobby, and checkout weren't wearing any masks around their faces. I waited outside due to this. Maus is such a family friendly ran place but I really didn't feel the love for my safety that day. Need to tell people wear the mask or stay outside and not just on paper. More
