I inquired about purchasing a new truck two times and did not get any reply, I sent a nasty third email and still no reply. I guess they must be too busy to sell me a new truck or even contact me. I would have given zero stars but can’t. Wife has the rim and tire warranty package on her vehicle. We had a nail in the tire and the service department said the tire warranty company rejected tire claim. We and tire warranty package on her vehicle. We had a nail in the tire and the service department said the tire warranty company rejected tire claim. We called the claim office and they cut us a check for the tire because Maus never called. They also gave us wrong information about the rim package. Not to mention we where suppose to get a 15% teacher discount and they only gave us a 10% military discount. More

To my surprise the car hadn't been washed and to make matters worse the stirring wheel was full of oil. Being new in the area I am driving a Maxima and Rogue and thought you would be the best place for service. You asked me to review your dealership well I think it sucks unless you rectify the problem.
