Debadoodles, we can see that you are upset, and apologize for the inconvenience. We do test all the batteries on all our vehicles prior to going on the lot for sale; however, you cannot predict when a battery will go bad. Unfortunately, there is no extended service contract that covers batteries, because they are considered a wearable item. The service contract that you purchased, extends the factory warranty on all electrical and mechanical parts for a much longer term, but does not cover wearable items. That being said, we know you guys are great customers, and we want you to know we're here to help, and appreciate you. I'll be in touch shortly, and we will work this out with you.
