So far every trip 2 the service dept. has been great. Little long for a oil change. I was first in. Little over 90 minutes. So wasnt horrible. New service mgr, as SCOT is now head o f dept. Good for him. More

Paul, we actuallly talked on the phone about 6 months ago. I wouldnt expect U 2 remember, simply bassed on the number of people U talk 2 on a daily bassis. I explained then my problem with sales. I will go over it again. I told U the problem goes all tge way to David. The man lied to my face, twice!!. Not a good way to form a business relationship involving high cost products. U said U wanted to talk to David & U would get back to me. Which U did. The next day. U said that what happened in the past was just that. In the past. Hete comes the bbbbbuuuutttttt. If I would buy another car, U could double what the discount would be under, U SERED U SAVE. Which STILL does not speak to my complaint. The owner lied to me!!😡😡😡😡. Apparently U have no problem with that. But I xxxx sure do. U R trying to put a band-aid on a future deal. Basically, nothing U can do for something that has already happened. Why cant some one just say 'WE R SORRY THIS HAPPENED! HERES YOUR MONEY U WERE SUPOSED TO RECEIVE." ????? U KNOW 2 THIS DAY NO ONE IN MGT OF SALES HAS EVEN SAID WE R SORRY THIS HAPPEN. GOD FORBID DAVID WOULD. So what would U do if the owner has lied 2 U twice & now doesnt have the curtisy 2 even talk 2 U? I have no respect for anyone in sales & I'm sure there R some great people in there. But how can I trust anyone who works for a liar who wont honor the companies sales motto for veterns?
