Ok experience After having an appointment I had to wait 1 hr and 45 min and after that they have only changed OIl and forgot to do the tyre rotation.. this is very After having an appointment I had to wait 1 hr and 45 min and after that they have only changed OIl and forgot to do the tyre rotation.. this is very silly. Great service I have been taking my vehicle to Ferman Nissan since I bought my car in 2015 I am pleased with their service I once took my car to a local Nissan wher I have been taking my vehicle to Ferman Nissan since I bought my car in 2015 I am pleased with their service I once took my car to a local Nissan where I live for a oil change and tire rotation and come to find out they didn’t rotate my tires but charged me for the service. Little did they know I had a bad tire that was always registering lower than my other tires I didn’t tell them and that is how I caught them I will never go back to that place again! I will only trust Ferman Nissan with my vehicle I drive from New Port Richey to Tampa to have them take care of my car! Ferman Nissan is trustworthy and professional. More

Always amazed by their top level customer service I came on 8/4 for tire replacement. Service Advisor Xavier was very professional, courteous and attentive. My request was done pretty quickly and I came on 8/4 for tire replacement. Service Advisor Xavier was very professional, courteous and attentive.
