Great customer service! Called the Service appointment line and they got me in as a work in on the same day and on a Saturday. Awesome like always My a/c went out in my car in this unbearable heat in Florida. Made an appointment to get it in over the weekend and call first thing Monday morning to My a/c went out in my car in this unbearable heat in Florida. Made an appointment to get it in over the weekend and call first thing Monday morning to see if can get an earlier appt. Appointment department got me in 5 hours earlier. From there went to see Larry in the Service department. This gentleman is the most awesome, caring, concerned, helpful person there is. I always go to him as I know he will take care of what is needed, I know I can trust him, and I know that whatever service I need will be done right. Larry is a great asset to this company. We had to order parts for the a/c for the next day, and he even came in early the next day to make sure they were there, and called me immediately to come in and get the car taken care of. Everyone that I have come in contact with is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this Dealership highly. More
