Great Customer Service-Worth the Drive! I drive an extra 10 miles out of the way to go this particular dealership because they have great customer service & great mechanics! There is another dealership closer but due to poor customer service I drive right past them & go to Ferman Nissan for all my warranty & maintenance work. Ferman Nissan also has a very nice waiting area w/comfortable furniture, complimentary beverages & donuts. They also have snack machines & TV's that you can watch as well as an area for the children to play while you wait. I like that they take advantage of modern technology & utilize texting while you are there. You can contact them at any time w/any questions or concerns. More
