Display sensor issue We had a display sensor issue that was so annoying because it kept locking and unlocking the doors, noises and the lock feature was not working. I arr We had a display sensor issue that was so annoying because it kept locking and unlocking the doors, noises and the lock feature was not working. I arrived and was told that I might have to bring it back but he would check. I was waiting in the guest reception area when I was told that the car was done. I thought that since it was so quick that I would have to come back all the way from Wesley Chapel. The mechanic handed me the keys and said it was all done! 😀 Truly professional, attentive and thoughtful. That’s why we purchased at Ferman Nissan and drive the extra miles to have our work done! Service Department Larry is Awesome I scheduled a service on my 2016 Frontier - nothing special - oil change, tire rotation, fix a flat. I scheduled my service online that was quick and I scheduled a service on my 2016 Frontier - nothing special - oil change, tire rotation, fix a flat. I scheduled my service online that was quick and easy. Larry (last name escapes me) was my designated service coordinator. I brought my truck in at 12:40 as scheduled and it immediately went into service. Total time was just about an hour. Larry informed me my tire could not be repaired and he didn't have the tire in shop and would have to order one. Said it would be in the next day. He called me early the next morning and informed me the tire was in and gave me a service time for that day. When I arrived my truck went into service immediately - good news, in and out in just under 15 minutes!!! Unfortunately, good customer service is pretty rare these days but I was very pleased by the outstanding customer service provide by Larry and the service crew. Thanks guys! More
