My service guy was Leosbel, wasn't the most friendly person. During service I was waiting in the lounge. Other techs would come in and discuss the service of the car whether complete or in need of fur person. During service I was waiting in the lounge. Also, turns out there was a free oil change on my record, for an unknown reason. I would of thought this would of been pointed out at the beginning. Leo told me after the service was done, but couldn't say why. I was appreciative of the free oil change, just not so much of the indifference attitude of Leo. Like I said.. maybe it was an off day. Depressing looking building, needs updating, ceiling tiles falling off at the service drop off, making the customer paying 3% for using credit card, mechanics do not do a great job they failed to secure tiles falling off at the service drop off, making the customer paying 3% for using credit card, mechanics do not do a great job they failed to secure the oil filter access panel, the panel was flapping while driving my MURANO, when I serviced my second vehicle they recommended to change my belt drive, I had my belt drive changed 2 month ago at another dealer ? What do call that, if you drop your service prices and be honest on what you do not gouge the customer just to make money, then customers will show up. More
