My last visit where I had a few maintenance things done to my Sentra, I had a pleasure of working with Juan Rodriguez, who took his time to explain and help with any questions I have had. He also went out of his way to help me and also another customer who was waiting in line, even though his work hours were over. Going beyond and above to help a customer like that deserves a special shout-out, especially when it's done with patience, professionalism and kind attitude. More
