Every time we bring the car in for A free oil change, they always attempt to get us to have other things fixed. That is even if the other things have already been fixed by them during previous visit. For example, we scheduled an appointment to have the oil change last week, and when my son got there, they said it would take 2 1/2 hours. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait so long? The staff were incredibly rude to my son, and tried some high pressure sales pitch to get him to trade in that car for a new one. More

I left the dealership Tuesday 5/28/24 thinking I would be giving a 5 star rating, but by Thursday my car wasn’t driving right. I went in for an oil change and general checkup nothing more. What I didn’t expect was sluggish starting that had started right after the oil change. In 5/30/24 I had my BF check out my car, he immediately noticed the battery was full of corrossion, that was not brought to my attention when getting the oil change and the inspection. I told him I had just been at the dealership for an oil change and routine inspection, he was furious this issue was not addressed verbally or in writing with me. Instead of telling me about the battery issue that noticeable as soon as the hood went up, they focused of $4k worth of other items they were trying to advise me needed to be addressed. Some of the items on the list I already knew about. One of the items was recently done during a prior service, but showed it needed done. I raised the issue that not only had the work been recently done, it was done there, at the dealership. The Service Advisor checked, saw I was correct and it was removed. Albeit, the oil change was free under a maintenance plan I purchased when I purchased the vehicle. The only reason I went to the Nissan dealer was they could get me in within 2 hours on the same day I called, but I am not sure I will rush back there for the 10% discount they give for the inflated prices overall. How can anyone trust a place that neglects to tell you your battery has significant corrosion on it? So, the 5 star review is reduced to a 1 star. Not a happy woman who trusts people to do a job that affects my safety and my grandchild’s when in my vehicle and on busy streets and highways. Had this matter been raised immediately, I would have just had Maus Nissan on Florida sell and install a new battery. Now, I have to go do it today. Do better, be better!! More
