The best I can say is the team was ready and willing to assist in the process of assisting me in the purchase of a vehicle. Unfortunately I do not feel confident about the experience overall. I visited the dealership with the intent to buy with no hassle. Prior to my visit I took the time to become preapproved by my personal bank, to prevent any said hassles. Needless to say after verbally speaking about the pre approval along with providing a copy of said pre approval application I was haggled by the company who wanted to take full advantage of me as an elder military man. During the signing process I was welcomed with a very larger payment ($500+ vs $476) than my means and a high interest (10% vs 6%) from a bank institution that was not my personal bank (Regional). It was as if no one including the salesman, initial contact agent via texting or whomever submits the offers had listened to me. Buyer beware! My family will not purchase from this company again. Although we are happy with our ‘21 Rogue, we are disappointed that once we drove off the lot, we were “out of sight, out of mind.” We have not received the 2nd fob and are expected to pay $707 for a disappointed that once we drove off the lot, we were “out of sight, out of mind.” We have not received the 2nd fob and are expected to pay $707 for a vent that was broken when we purchased the vehicle (we did not notice it until the next day). This is outrageous and poor customer service. The vent should be replaced free of charge since it was sold to us in that condition. Two fobs are standard with the purchase of every vehicle. We were told the previous owner would be contacted. If he/she can’t be reached or doesn’t have it, one should be provided to us at no cost. I have been a Maus customer for close to 10 years and am disappointed in the lack of allegiance we are experiencing from your Brooksville location. More
