Brandon told me I would be an hour and a half and I was ready to leave in exactly that time frame. I recently scheduled an appointment to have my 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation done and every person that came in while I was there came and left before me. I was there 2 1/2 hours for an oil ch mile oil change and tire rotation done and every person that came in while I was there came and left before me. I was there 2 1/2 hours for an oil change it was like I went to Walmart for my oil change, the explanation I was given was they were flooded by people who came in for Service or something I’m assuming that was people that came in without an appointment because I believe I was told that you can come in without an appointment. I thought if you had an appointment that you would be taken care of first no matter who or what came in unscheduled first because you had an appointment I’ve never waited that at Maus not that I’ve been, one of your clients for very long. I’ve only had my car for about a year, but I’ve been in there a couple of times for things, everybody’s friendly and wonderful there. I was offered to have my tires balanced and I declined. I was never told that it’s kind of something you have to have done to keep your warranty , then I’m reading the paperwork because I always do go over my paperwork after my appointment and it almost seems like I guess its kind of a threat that if I don’t get this service done the balancing of my tires and then there is some other two fluids they want me to put in my car that my warranty could be voided now someone could’ve explained it a little better or a little nicer or said something to me not put it on a piece of paper that my warranty could be voided if I don’t do the things that are I guess somewhat suggested to me instead of putting it on a piece of paper that these are things you need to have done to your car in order to keep your warranty I almost feel like I’m threatened that you have to do these things. This is what you do now is send out an email but I always got a courtesy call anytime I ever went to your to Maus and was asked how things went and that was kind of nice . More
