They did a pretty good job. However I'm having so much trouble with my Nissan connect I am very upset because I went on a trip and couldn't get my navigation up! With my new 2021 SENTRA NISSAN! Not starting a few weeks after purchase. In service for over a week. Then didn't start again about 2 weeks ago! This was a serious problem, that caused some very concerning problems in my family! I went in & sat in service for over 2 hours! Fixed again! Then a short time later, Mary called because of a recall. It was exactly my problem! Thanks to Mary & her keen eye & concern for her customers, she saw the recall for my car! Will I tell others about NISSAN? That is still up in the air! But, about the service area with Mary Boulahanis, definitely!!!! More

When I ordered an update sim card for my 2017 murano. Maus installed the update. I went on vacation the next day to the mountains of North Georgia. When we arrived, the updated GPS DIDN'T recognize the address of our cabin so we had to rely on another family member to guide us to the cabin. We had five family cars at our cabin and my 2017 Murano with an updated GPS was the only vehicle that couldn't locate the address. I paid $138.00 for the updated card and another $72.50 for the installation. I'm not happy about this. More
