I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they would wash my car. I had a 2:30 appointment, they did tell me it would be about an hour and half. I got my car back unwashed at 5:15, I und said they would wash my car. I had a 2:30 appointment, they did tell me it would be about an hour and half.
