To whom it may concern this is in response to your email the problem is i noticed that the head rest was missing before I picked up the car and that's when i noticed that it was missing i was told it would be replaced but it never was i know that i purchased it as is and dont expect anything more, Just for it to replaced as promised and to be lied to.
