We are pleased that you had such a good experience with our Service Department, but we are disappointed that you feel so negatively towards our sales team, Mr. Leo. Typically, there are a million different ways to slice up a car deal, and for your last purchase, you could have either chosen the rebate, or the special interest rate incentive from the manufacturer, but not both. We do not set interest rates for the banks, or control when their new rates come available; however, when they do, we can't go back to re-do the original paperwork. If you'd like to discuss this further, and see if it's a good time to look into refinancing, please let us know, and we'd be happy to help.
