We completely understand where you are coming from, and apologize if you had anything less than a truly exceptional experience with us, Mr. Rogers. We are pleased; however, that our Service Management handled your situation properly, and responded immediately to your concern. They quickly came over to tow your vehicle back to our shop, and dropped off a free rental for you, at the same time. When your vehicle came back, our techs determined the new lines they had installed as part of your valve cover repair were faulty, so we replaced them again, and tested everything to make sure that there were no leaks, and we detailed your engine bay just to make sure there was no diesel odor present. We will always stand behind our work, and if things ever go wrong, we will work to make it right.
