Buying our car from Ferman was great. Mark was awesome and gave us good advice. I always think i could have gotten a better deal but im happy with what i paid. Chris was very polite, friendly and attentive. Not once did I feel pressured, which is unusual at a car dealership!! He did a great job taking care of my issues. There was a couple things I saw wrong wit did I feel pressured, which is unusual at a car dealership!! He did a great job taking care of my issues. There was a couple things I saw wrong with the used car I purchased and Chris had it fixed on the spot with the service department. The finanace manager could have been a little more warm but I suspect it was because I used my own financing lender. Overall, it was NOT the horrible experience I have encountered that week with 6 other car dealers that I walked out on. It was a long drive for me to this dealership but I would certainly go back when purchasing another car...as long as Chris Muniz is there. My brother will be buying a car in the next few months and I am HIGHLY recommending Chris and Ferman Dealership in New Port Richey!! More

Ali Ghomshe was very knowledgeable about the Nissan we were interested in, and explained features we were not aware of which made the purchase even better. The time required for the transaction was relatively quick considering it was a Sunday, and the dealership as a whole was exceedingly accommodating. I would certainly recommend the dealership and staff to family and friends in the future. More

Ali was such a wonderful help!! He was honest and worked with us late into the night!! He answered all of our questions and was very accommodating!! He made us feel like he was looking out for our best inte with us late into the night!! He answered all of our questions and was very accommodating!!
