I had been to a few dealerships in the prior weeks and got the usuall service of salesmen just looking for a hard sale. The expirence I got with Dixon was nothing short of phenomenal, and although I did not get approved for my loan I am rebuilding my credit and I plan on going back to Dixon when I am in good standing to purchase from him, I will not go to any other sales person as long as Dixon is in the business. Quality and car Ive been searching for a car for nearly 4 months relentlessly. Ive been driving the same car for the past 8 years, however the vehicle is from 2003. I Ive been searching for a car for nearly 4 months relentlessly. Ive been driving the same car for the past 8 years, however the vehicle is from 2003. It was not a new car when I bought it so by now it was on its last leg. Ive tried dealership after dealership and have had no luck in finding something affordable that also has the bells and whistles of what I was looking for. I will say I am of the lower middle class so when investing my money, I have to know that the investment is worth the buy. Every dealership I had tried would try to upsell me and seemed to only care about the dollar amount. It didnt seem like they cared about what I actually NEEDED in a new car but more so what I SHOULD have in one. I felt pressured and undervalued as a customer. I finally came across Maus Nissan and thought I would give it a shot. While on the lot I saw a young man approaching me so I immediately prepared myself to be swindled and up sold like the rest. To my surprise I was greeted by a handsome young man by the name of Dixon. He smiled and asked me what brought me in. I explained my current car situation and he listened genuinely. He then began to ask me what i would have liked in a car versus what i have now. He also asked about my day to day lifestyle and began suggesting features that would compliment them. He then stopped and asked me my budget. Which was never asked, but only told at the other dealerships. He continued with more questions before he finally narrowed a few options down for me. The cars he showed me I didn't think could possibly be in my budget but they were. He kept my needs in mind but really introduced me to things I would not have thought I could afford. I ended up driving off the lot in a brand new car that was not only affordable but also fit my character. Ive been raving for weeks about the service I received and the relief Dixon brought me. I cant thank him enough. People if you want QUALITY service with someone who isn't solely worried about their paycheck, HE is the man for you! If I'm ever in the need of a new car I will be looking for him to do business with again and ill be sure to refer my friends and family as well. More

Where was service after the sale? Why was it my fault that the key didn't work, one month and this is the service I get. I despise how I was made to feel. Didn't appreciate feeling stranded and I don't like the attitude I was given. Women buy new cars for dependablility. Not a woman friendly dealership. I'm not dumb because I'm a woman. And I don't like being talked down to and brushed off. Maus Nissan sucks. More
