I DID BY EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUT I HAD 30 DAYS WAITING PERIOD, I MAKE MISTAKE SEND MY MURANO 3 DAYS EARLIER THERE. NOBODY NEVER CALL ME FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TELLING ME MY EXTENDED WARRANTY IS NOT YET AVAILABLE YET. THEY DIAGNOSTIC MY MURANO, BEFORE TELL ME THAT IS COST ME $230.00. I FIND OUT WHEN I GO BACK AND WANT TO PICK UP MY CAR!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE PAID $230.00 FOR A NOTHING!!!!! THEY HAVE MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER, A CAR IS UNDER MY NAME. Better than i could ever imagine!!! I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. From the second I pulled in the parking lot I was met by a greeter who took me to my appointment and i I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. From the second I pulled in the parking lot I was met by a greeter who took me to my appointment and it was just one pleasant experience after another dealing with everyone. Sales Associate Renee Lindley is phenomenal! She really cares and it shows. They're all like that. They share in your excitement with you. When they say they do what it takes to get you a car they mean it! They work with you and on your behalf until it's done. I couldn't be happier! I drove 2 hours to buy from them and am so glad I did.
