Dear customer, We’re very sorry to hear about this occurrence, and we assure you we did not charge the AC system in order to “close” this deal. On the Carfax report of your vehicle, you can see that we did perform a mechanical inspection of the 129,000-mile pre-owned Camry on September 8th, which you picked up September 19th as stated. In speaking with our technician, leaks on older high-time engines can occur at any point. Now, if the prior owner charged the AC system to get a higher trade-in value, we would have been as equally fooled and apologize for that, if the instance did occur. But according to our records, and knowledge of this Camry, we did not have to service the AC system. Again, we apologize for your inconvenience in having to deal with this issue. It is certainly not ideal, but we can assure you this was unforeseen by our team and unfortunately beyond our control.
