Bought a used car and AC failed in a week after I bought it. Bought a car from this dealer. Car AC failed just one week after purchase. Defective AC might have been "fixed" just for the sale process. This pur Bought a car from this dealer. Car AC failed just one week after purchase. Defective AC might have been "fixed" just for the sale process. This purchase have all the telltale signs of being a fraud. Car was purchased on 9/17 (received on 9/19) and during the test drive the AC was ice cold. One week later on 9/27 the AC failed totally. Just hot air coming out. I went to the dealer to complain about this. They checked the car and told me that it had a leak in the evaporator. Total cost $1600 and not their responsibility. I have been told by knowledgeable people that this is highly suspicious and that dealer most likely knew about the defect. Most likely dealer just loaded the AC with gas in order to get the AC to function for a few days. Just long enough to close the sale. Hard to believe that something that was working so good one day just week later is totally gone. More

Dishonest They are horrible liars and took advantage of my situation. I bought a car that was 30 miles shy of 30k. They offered this great warranty that I purchased so I wouldn't have to worry about anything in the future. Well come to find out once the car turned 30k it needed ALL THIS REQUIRED MAINTENANCE IN ORDER FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID. It would have been nice if someone, anyone would have just let me know that when I purchased the car. Horrible experience, I would never recommend this place. You don't treat people that way. More

I have dealt with many different car locations in the past as well as the Nissan here in St. Petersburg and I will tell you this is the worst of the worst nasty not nice and unreliable I am reporting them to the attorney general of Florida More
