Great service i was looking around online and saw a used Nissan Altima i liked at their dealership. I received a phone call from someone named Savannah, super swee i was looking around online and saw a used Nissan Altima i liked at their dealership. I received a phone call from someone named Savannah, super sweet girl and set up a time for me to come down and test drive a few vehicles. When I got there she introduced me to a young lady named Renée we drove a few different vehicles and she worked superhard to make sure I got everything I needed and wanted and my next car I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family! When they say they are focused on making you apart of their family vs just trying to sell you a car, they mean it. I've never once felt pressured into doing anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought my Nissan at Wesley Chapel Nissan dealership and I am supposed to be getting FREE OIL CHANGES AT ANY NISSAN DEALERSHIP. Maus Nissan DIDN'T tel Bought my Nissan at Wesley Chapel Nissan dealership and I am supposed to be getting FREE OIL CHANGES AT ANY NISSAN DEALERSHIP. Maus Nissan DIDN'T tell me that I had to call a certain 1 800 # only Monday-Friday to get my oil change. They just scheduled me. They didn't even have the decency to call Wesley Chapel Nissan to see what was going on. I have had nothing but PROBLEMS with ALL NISSAN DEALERSHIP. To me it just looks like once they have made their money, they DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. I am trading this xxxx thing in and WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER NISSAN AGAIN!!!!! More

THE BEST DEALERSHIP. I went there today because of a recomendation from the wonderful sales person Alain Garcia. from the moment we got there everyone there was very help I went there today because of a recomendation from the wonderful sales person Alain Garcia. from the moment we got there everyone there was very helpful and welcoming, we needed a truck for our small bussiness. We got a dodge ram 2015 with $2000 down, and as if that wasnt enough, just when we were about to leave they offered to approve me a nissan versa 2015 that I asked about. to make the long story short we got out of there with two almost new vehicles with $2,500 down. Oh and the versa had only $3000 miles on it. So I recommend 200% this dealership. PS; tHE SALES WOMAN THAT RECEIVED US WAS GREAT. SORRY I TEND TO FORGET NAMES. The general manager and the person that signes the contracts went above and beyond to help us! Love you guys and girls at Maus Nissan. More
