Mike I am so sorry you feel the way you feel about us. It sounds like your were misinformed by the salesman who may have not shared all the variables (model, options, start ups, money factors, etc.) that come with leasing a car and was feeling optimistic (which i will address privately because you tagged Tom and Tom usually has amazing customer satisfaction). I would like to re look at the deal myself to see if I can make it work for you if you are up to it. I do sincerely apologize regardless if you want to re look at doing business with us or not. Dear customer, we regret to hear of your frustrations, but appreciate your feedback. We do require customers to perform the manufacturer's recommended maintenance in order to keep the complimentary oil change/lifetime engine protection program in place. We do not add any dealer-recommended maintenance -- only that which the manufacturer recommends. This was set to be a benefit to you, the customer, in making sure your substantial vehicle investment is protected and is working the way the manufacturer intended it to.
