I w My recent purchase at Maus Nissan erased all past miserable experiences I had buying vehicles. Last week my SUV died while driving down the road. I was able to coast into a development and call road service. While waiting for assistance I was approached by a friendly woman asking if I could use her help. I told her I was waiting for a tow truck but she handed me her card and said she was a sales person at Maus Nissan and I told her the last thing on my mind was buying a car but thanked her for her concern. The next day I called and asked if she could help me find a vehicle because my SUV was not worth repairing due to a computer issue. . I didn't see anything I wanted on the used SUVs lot so we went "hunting" through inventory waiting to be tagged. That day I found a vehicle I liked and could afford. It was the first time ever I left a dealership feeling confident I made the right choice. All because Carrie stopped to offer her own road service assistance when she could have driven by without regard for my initial unfortunate situation. Debra S. More

I was quite satis Contact from Maus about 2018 sales opportunities got me to come in and obtain an excellent deal on a replacement for a 2016 Altima. I was quite satisfied with the 2016 but was provided with a good deal for me in replacing it with a 2018 model. However, even though the service experience I have had has been excellent, the last time I had my 2016 Altima serviced, after it was returned and had been washed - the from end and front half of the hood was still covered with dead bugs. This should have been spotted by my service rep and remedied prior to the car being turned back over to me. More

All after one of their 83 point used car certified checks. After I gave them a left a review a nice lady called and said how much they wanted to keep me in their family and "I WILL CALL YOU BACK!" Guess what? Never called. What a place. Run away from these mopes. More
