That very night we went to the Crystal River We started at the Port Richey dealership, but had to leave before finalizing a deal for personal reasons. That very night we went to the Crystal River dealership, and again we were treated very nice. We ended up finalizing our vehicle deal with Crystal River. However, when driving the vehicle home we noticed that the vehicle we just purchased was not the one we thought we were getting. The very next day, (less than 18 hours later) we went back to the Crystal River dealership and were pretty much told "to bad, you signed for it". So we went back to the Port Richey dealership, they made our deal right and corrected the situation. They bent over backwards to get us the vehicle we really wanted. We certainly would recommend the Port Richey Nissan Dealership, to all our friends, family and to anyone who is in the market for a Nissan. More

Worst customer service and over all experience ever Sorry to say, but I have had no good luck or customer service with this dealership at all. They should have auctioned the car I purchased instead of t Sorry to say, but I have had no good luck or customer service with this dealership at all. They should have auctioned the car I purchased instead of trying to sell it, but unfortunately I bought it, 2013 Rouge, even made them give me a Hyundai Warranty, cause that is where I normally buy from, however a month into paying on this SUV the Transmission went out on it, now who ever heard of such a thing on a 5yr old vehicle. Well however they fixed it after getting two transmissions for it, cause the first one didnt work, then when I picked up my vehicle it had oil and grease stains on the drivers side floor and as you open the door, I took it back and all they did was wipe if off, still with a grease smell and stains on the flooring, so I asked why they didnt put paper down firsts and was told Nissan cant afford to buy these materials to protect their cars (go figure) so where is the satisfied customer when this happens. I'am done with them for good, I dont even care about the free oil changes, I would rather take it to some rinky dink shop to get this done, because at least they will treat my car like their own and clean up after themselves and still only pay about 30 dollars for the oil change and tire rotation. So goodbye Nissan and your lies about caring for the customer and their vehicles. I have made it known to all my friends and others out there to never buy a new or used car from some dealership who cant stand by their word. Oh and as for the customer service, they all suck at trying to please the customers, we have been treated like idiots up there and yet the idiots are the ones working there. This will go viral on other sites also and I'am letting others at other dealerships know not to even consider going to Maus Nissan.
