Poor sales and service on my new Rogue Sport 2018 First they told me the numbers were the same for the non safety shield Rogue that I wanted which had been sold and the numbers were different by the o First they told me the numbers were the same for the non safety shield Rogue that I wanted which had been sold and the numbers were different by the options on the second that I did not want anyway. So they rewrote my contract the next day making them agree. Then water leaked into my grill because the plastic weld was defective and they claimed that it was not trapped water under the grill but paint that had come off due to high pressure washing. The car was wand washed by me at the same GUNN Highway car wash that I used for six years for my Juke. I wash it by hand and saw water leaking under the plastic cover over the emblem. They told me it was not covered by warranty since it was paint damage. Carsmetics confirmed it was trapped water not paint and that the weld was defective on the top of the plastic that covered the emblem and it would definitely be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. They advised me to take it to another NISSAN dealer. It would be repaired under warranty. If that failed they said that I should talk to a factory representative. The service department never called me back and when I contacted them they said they would try again to contact the warranty department. Three days later I told them to forget their claim and I would seek assistance at another NISSAN dealer and go there for all my service. AMEN to some very poor customer service and so much for Maus care- not worth much at all. More

Horrible Service. Service was great..at first. When I got there the sales associates were extremely nice and friendly. They helped me pick out the vehicle that I wanted Service was great..at first. When I got there the sales associates were extremely nice and friendly. They helped me pick out the vehicle that I wanted with ease, took me on a test drive, and closed the deal with no problem. But unfortunately this would be the only reason that they would get even one star from me. This was the first time I had ever bought a vehicle on my own and I was super excited about my purchase. However only a week later I was driving home in a storm when my windshield wiper broke off and cracked my windshield. Luckily my insurance covered it but that was only the start of my issues with the vehicle. A month later my check airbag light came on. I took it back into Maus Nissan who advised my air bags were fine but they didn't have the proper tools to turn off the light. Long story short, the check air bag light has gone on and off multiple times, the vehicle switches gears while in motion, the transmission is bad, the battery had to be replaced shortly after buying the vehicle, and I have already had to replace the tires. Maus Nissan has refused to fix anything. I will never buy a vehicle here again. More

Maus Nissan responded by phone and by email before our drive (which is about an hour away from our home) with a price quote so we knew the drive was worth our time. Our sales person, Jovannie, was more than kind and definitely patient. We ended up test driving three vehicles and so very happy with the car we decided to purchase. He made the entire experience enjoyable. I do not think I have ever been able to say that about purchasing a car. Never once did we feel pressured while we were deciding and we picked out the perfect vehicle. The entire Maus Nissan dealership was super friendly and we will definitely purchase another car in the future from them! More
