We tried to talk you out of doing this deal, because we knew our hands would be tied based on what we could offer you to trade back for your vehicle. We offered as close to what you paid for the Frontier as we could give you, and sold back your Venza for what we originally gave you, minus the $500 service bill. We truly did our best to warn you that it would be in your best interest to keep the Frontier, and as we understood you were aware of this. We’re very sorry there wasn’t more we could do to help, but hope you understand that we have restrictions we must follow as a car dealership.
