Purchase of Nissan Frontier and return I purchased a used Nissan Frontier on 8/21/18 and traded in a car. I immediately regretted my decision and sought to undo the deal. I fully understood I purchased a used Nissan Frontier on 8/21/18 and traded in a car. I immediately regretted my decision and sought to undo the deal. I fully understood that used cars have no 3 day window in which to change your mind but I feel that the staff didn’t cut me a break at all. They insisted that my trade had to go through an inspection .....they changed brand new synthetic oil and replaced it with conventional oil even after I told them I used synthetic oil. They are also deemed wiper blades that were less than 6 months old totlally worn out. Then they deemed the truck I had bought 15 hours before was worth $3000 less than what I paid yet my trade had increased in value. I paid two dealer fees totaling $1798 resulting in me loosing $7000 because I regretted my purchase. No one forced me to do this but I feel they used my situation to soak me. I would tell anyone going there to buy a vehicle to be extremely cautious as they will show no mercy if you are not a hardened negotiator. The best part was when the salesman kept telling me what a good Christian the owner was. That should have been a clue to turn and run but not listening to my inner voice cost me dearly. Trevor Gorhan was my salesman and he was very pleasant but was doing as he was told. More
