Don't walk away from Maus Nissan--RUN!!!! My wife and I went shopping for a new vehicle. The sales person, Emilie, showed us several different Nissan's from trucks/SUV's to cars. We test drove My wife and I went shopping for a new vehicle. The sales person, Emilie, showed us several different Nissan's from trucks/SUV's to cars. We test drove them all, and decided to purchase after several visits. We decided on the 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum but the color was wrong. Emilie and sales manager, Sean, both knew we wanted the Platinum edition and, while it was getting dark, Sean got a Stormy Blue which we accepted. Sean switched the model to SL. We were lead to believe the financing was for a Platinum. Once we got home that evening, parked the car in the garage, and we started reading the owner's manual, that's when we realized we did not have the correct vehicle. We went back to Maus Nissan the very next morning once it was open, and went to Emilie and Sean, and Sean blamed Emilie saying it was her fault and walked away. He did not make it right nor make sure we were happy. Prior to the sale we asked questions. Sean said all Nissan's come with Nitrogen in their tires. Well, we saw black valve covers and questioned it, and he said it has nitrogen and that is the color now by Nissan. He flat out lied. We went to Maus service department--there are no more nitrogen tanks. We also questioned movement in the driver's seat, and Maus Nissan said it was fine, nothing wrong at all. Again a lie. We went to another Nissan Dealer and questioned the seat. Yes, they found a problem to the seat's frame. It was repaired under warranty, and the cost to warranty was over $1100.00. Our calls were not being returned, nor was anyone willing to connect us with the GM or Maus Nissan Owner. All we want is for our deal to be made right, and having the vehicle which we wanted to begin with--2019 Stormy Blue Nissan Altima Platinum (which we were supposed to have purchased to begin with). This Vehicle does not have all the features we wanted and asked for, and per the sales manager, "He lost enough in the deal." Maus Nissan got our vehicle which was in excellent condition, and so far we got the shaft. More
