Horrible customer service No one would call us back after having my 19yo son's car for a week. When we got it back it wasn't done up to par or to the Maus standards and no one would document our concerns. Jaryd Gerhard was rude and disrespectful. Said he would just "take the car back then". No one ever helped us. David Maus Jr. never answered any emails or facebook messages about my concerns. Alex Stoughton was literally doing handstands in the finance office with customers in the show room while we were there. I guess you don't get top of the line customer service when you buy one of their used cars. When I bought my Maxima a year ago customer service was phenomenal. Now this time it was a complete 360! Horrible. It's a shame because it was my son's 1st car and he was so excited to get it and the people were jerks. More
