WPAC1966, we can see that you are upset, and would like to address your concerns. Before I contacted you, I did a little research to figure out what happened and spoke with the technician who worked on your vehicle. To explain, our technicians do not know if a customer's vehicle has Maus Care or not, they simply perform the work and make their recommendations from what they see. The technician who worked on your vehicle noted that your tires fell below 3/32nds of an inch, and based on the manufacturer's guidelines, made the recommendation that you should replace your tires. Knowing that a rotation would be an unnecessary expense in this instance, the technician did not perform the rotation thinking it would save you money. It should have been better explained to you at the time, but it was not a mistake. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
