Too busy for customers after the car is sold Several weeks ago, I purchased a car from Maus Nissan in New Port Richey. It was a rainy, dark evening, and they were well aware that I lived a consid Several weeks ago, I purchased a car from Maus Nissan in New Port Richey. It was a rainy, dark evening, and they were well aware that I lived a considerable distance away, yet they sent me away with NO GAS in the car !!! It was quite aggravating to try and figure out how to open the gas tank, since it was very different than the car I had before. I was told they would put half a tank in. Not true. As soon as you take the keys from them , their supposed "Christianity" that they supposedly adhere to no longer exists. You are on your own. Last week I received a piece of paper work, which seemed very important, but there were no instructions or explanations as to what to do with it, if anything. I called on two separate occasions, explaining what I needed, which was a quick and simple answer, but everyone was WAY too busy to come to the phone. This week I inquired about the loan, by calling the loan company, and was told they could not find me because my SS# didn't match what they had on file. Apparently, Maus did not write down the correct number, so I called Maus and explained the problem, and they were actually able to come to the phone, only to tell me they couldn't do anything about it, and that I would have to drive to the Finance company to give them the correct information, rather than Maus actually doing something to fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP THERE. They also FORCE you to buy their $2000.00 maintenance contract.... ugh!!!! More
