I had a tough journey getting a vehicle. Do to some circumstances out of my control my credit was less than stellar and no dealership was able to help me. I did an application with maus because I thoug circumstances out of my control my credit was less than stellar and no dealership was able to help me. I did an application with maus because I thought I had a co-signer that would help but when that fell through I lost hope. My salesman JD reached out to me to co firm our appointment and I told him regretfully I no longer had a co-signer and would not be coming in. He told me if I can make an approval happen without a co-signer will you come in, I said absolutely but good luck because no one has been able to assist me. About an hour later I get a message telling me we got you approved. So I went in skeptical and thought it was too good to be true. After test driving the car and negotiating a bit I ended up in the finance office with Aldo who was so sweet and helpful. Not only are my payments manageable they got me an approval on my own. They went above and beyond to make me a part of the Maus family and I am a believer. I will NEVER EVER go or recommend anyone else but Maus Nissan when someone asks me where to get a vehicle. More

Terrible Nick is a great young man and a fine sales representative, but management can’t live up to a verbal nor a signed contract. I’m not sure how I can sign a contract to an agreed upon price (that Nick drove 5 hours round trip to have me sign), agree to a hard pull on my 800+ credit rating, provide you my credit card number to run the down payment, provide you proof of my 20+ years of military service to validate the terms of the agreed price, have you purchase and ship the car from another dealership, send my father-in-law in to pick up the car so he can keep the car a surprise from my 16 year old son until Christmas, only to have his grandpa show up at Maus and you tell him that the price you offered us was too low and the terms of my contract have changed from 3 yrs at $278 to 4 years at $302? You can blame it on what you want, you’re more than capable of fixing the error. No worries, this will post rather well in many forums. Your motto is “Whatever it takes!” It will take a xxxx of a deal for me not to release this post on Monday afternoon on multiple social media forums (FB, Cobbs Landing Living, Palm Harbor Living, MacDill AFB, etc). I want to help buyers in the area who are looking for the same kind of surprise for their loved ones to avoid this dealership at all cost. More
