It took 2hrs and 45 mins for an oil change and car wash, way too long and you waiting area is not very comfortable, only one tv? Really with only 3 seats, come on! Not happy! More

Your service adviser should have given you an estimate of the wait when you arrived, and given you regular updates as to the status of your vehicle.
