The poorest customer service I've ever experienced I purchased a 2019 Sentra a few days before Christmas. Here we are 8 weeks later and they are still asking for paperwork we provided back in December I purchased a 2019 Sentra a few days before Christmas. Here we are 8 weeks later and they are still asking for paperwork we provided back in December. Because they have been sitting on this I've not received any paperwork from the bank or my tags. I had to drive back out to them (A 30 min. drive one way) to get a second temporary tag, and it's looking like I"ll have to do it again. My first payment was due Feb. 4th but when I called the bank to make my payment, they had no record of me and said they couldn't take the payment. Nick, the finance person I'm dealing with blamed everything on the salesman because he's no longer working there. He offered no help or apology. I wanted to return the car and go somewhere else and he said that was not an option. I will not be doing business with them again. I moved from New Jersey and had dealt with Windsor Nissan for years. They were an amazing dealership that I cannot say enough good things about. Maus Nissan is the exact opposite of Windsor and I'm beyond disgusted in their lack of follow-thru, customer service, or support. Once you sign the contract they could care less about you or providing any help. More

I scheduled my appointment for 8:00 am on Saturday, 2/15. It was 7:55 Am and I already began receiving sales calls to purchase my Infiniti Q60 from me. After initially saying no, the salesman pushed back and It was 7:55 Am and I already began receiving sales calls to purchase my Infiniti Q60 from me. After initially saying no, the salesman pushed back and continued asking to schedule a meeting. He said he would come and speak to me in the waiting area while my car was being serviced. Little did I know I wouldn’t be in this waiting room until about 8:40 Am due to the overwhelming wait for the service members to get to my car. While waiting, I received the second call:attempt to purchase my vehicle from me. I declined, again stating my car is paid off and there is no chance of me trading in my car for anything on your lot. It was around 9:15 AM where I received my THIRD sales attempt this time from Dimitri who called me from his cell phone number so it wouldn’t come up as the local dealership number. I stated AGAIN I asked to be taken off and I was not selling my vehicle to you. The fourth attempt was a group sales tactic where a dealer walked into the waiting room stating he had $1000 to give away. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is due to Brittany in your service write-ups department. I will not be back as I am moving back to Tampa. Was only in town this month, and gladly will be back to the Infiniti dealership. More
Disappointed I came to this dealership to test drive the 2020 Altima and the new 2020 Sentra. However, the Sentra had not yet arrived at the dealership but would I came to this dealership to test drive the 2020 Altima and the new 2020 Sentra. However, the Sentra had not yet arrived at the dealership but would be there the following week of February 17th, according to the sales manager. I called the sales office on the 17th and was told by Mike (no last name) that the new Sentras had arrived and one would be available to test drive. I drove an hour and a half to get to Maus and, to my disbelief, the new Sentras were not there. I do not know if this person Mike who took my call just wanted me to come to the dealership knowing the new Sentra was not there, and that I might consider another Nissan model. If this is the case I do not want to do business with Maus. I made it perfectly clear to Mike that I had been waiting a long time to see the new Sentra and I was not interested in a new 2019. Just to be clear the Mike I talked to was not Mike Pinero. In light of what happened I decided to take my business elsewhere. . More
